Starting Cereal

My baby, my little bitty baby, has just started eating cereal! She is already 4 1/2 months old, which I CANNOT believe, and now she is eating with a spoon. Granted I’m the one wielding the spoon and the cereal is watered down with formula to near liquid texture but still! We have to put the high chair together because she doesn’t want to recline while eating. She keeps leaning forward while I’m feeding her. She must have abs of steel by now the way she holds herself at that 45 degree angle.

Wow! She is getting big so fast. Is it just oatmeal that she eats as cereal?

  So far just oatmeal, but tomorrow or Friday we will begin to add fruit! I am really excited about this prospect so I’m going to say tomorrow. Maybe even tonight.
